I had an approaching meeting in the evening, and knew that I was not going to be able to get a nice sit-down dinner that night, so I figured what the heck, grab some Taco Bell and at least enjoy a taco.
Pulled into this Taco Bell, which I have been to countless times over the past thirty years (it really has been around that long!) and ordered a burrito and taco. The ol' number 1...
The voice on the intercom was a bit tough to hear, not because there were problems with the intercom, but because his voice was so low pitched. Everything went well, and the food was as expected. I have had some good experiences at this Taco Bell, with the service being outstanding and fun. This was just a regular experience, but I hope in the future to get some outstanding ones again.
It is Taco Bell... the food has to meet a corporate standard, and so long as it does that, the only other things left in evaluation for a store is cleanliness and how the staff treat you. I've never had a problem at this one, and some of the experiences have been fun from a customer service perspective, so I am going to give a four star rating for this one. -

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The customer service I received today was below POOR.
Will never visit this location again. -

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for simple order. There was only one car ahead of us but by the time we got our food the line was backed up like crazy. Also, I don't like the set up of this drive through. You can't leave if you decide you don't want to wait forever. Then they forgot my receipt, straws, and didn't give me my burrito and I had to go back in. The lady that gave me my burrito when I walked in was nice but the other employee at the drive though was the rudest employee I've ever had at a Taco Bell. Avoid at all costs.
Update: After leaving feedback on Taco Bell's website, a manager reached out to me and they are looking into the situation and she did offer a free meal so props to them for trying to fix the situation. -

Meh, it's ok. I stopped by and waited a bit after ordering. There was a couple that were enjoying their meal, but no one else. Even drive through was slow. I ordered something very simple, and it took a bit longer to be put together. The table I sat at during the wait had some cheese bits on it. The other tables had dirty issues as well (leftover receipts, food bits, etc) which certainly reflected poorly on this location.
The food I ordered was fine, typical Taco Bell, and they served up some burritos with no cheese or meat. I'll always like Taco Bell for that, however this one was a bit dirty and slow, with no other customers. -

The worst taco bell is gainesville. Like everyone knows to avoid this particular location because of there slow service and they consistently get your order wrong. The best one in gainesville has to be on archer hands down.
